Pivot Troubleshooting

Several of us have had issues getting logged into Pivot (5D website).  Here are some tips to help you get logged in.

Remember to always log-out when you are finished working in PIVOT, instead of simply "x"ing out of the window. This will help prevent future log-in and functionality issues. 

If you are having login issues, first clear your cache and cookie browsing data and try again. 
  • Close your browser
  • Click on the battery icon in the lower right of your chromebook.
  • Click on Settings
  • Click Show Advanced Settings
  • Scroll down to the Privacy section
  • Click Clear Browsing Data
  • Check the boxes, and choose "From the Beginning of Time".  Clear browsing data.
  • Now restart your chromebook and try logging in again.
If that does not work, please consult your principal for assistance. If he/she are unable to assist, please contact the help desk.
