Remember to always log-out when you are finished working in PIVOT, instead of simply "x"ing out of the window. This will help prevent future log-in and functionality issues.
If you are having login issues, first clear your cache and cookie browsing data and try again.
- Close your browser
- Click on the battery icon in the lower right of your chromebook.
- Click on Settings
- Click Show Advanced Settings
- Scroll down to the Privacy section
- Click Clear Browsing Data
- Check the boxes, and choose "From the Beginning of Time". Clear browsing data.
- Now restart your chromebook and try logging in again.
