Skyward Secondary Gradebook: Creating/Printing a Semester Grade Report

As a semester comes to the end, you may be required to print a Semester Grade Report. If so, please follow the instructions below.

(Instructions without Images)


  • From any gradebook...
  • Reports
  • Grade Sheet Report
  • Select template 930
  • Clone Template (Button at right)
  • Name the new report
  • Choose the appropriate semester to Display (i.e. S1, S2)
  • In Options...
    • Unselect "Show Assignments"
    • Select "Show Term Grade Marks"
    • Select "Assignment Legend, Don't Show at All"
  • Save
  • Print (To print for multiple classes, choose "Select Different Classes")
(Note: To make changes to this report or change the display range for future semester reports, users need to Select this report and click "Modify parameters of Template".)

From any gradebook...

Reports > Grade Sheet Report









Select template 930 > Clone Template (Button at right)

Name the new report (i.e. Semester Grade Report)






Choose the appropriate semester to Display (i.e. S1, S2)
In Options...
    • Unselect "Show Assignments"
    • Select "Show Term Grade Marks"
    • Select "Assignment Legend, Don't Show at All"
Save


Print (To print for multiple classes, choose "Select Different Classes")
